Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Level 2 operational support for F5 BIG-IP systems, focusing on WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator (SSLO) modules.
  • •Monitor F5 platforms for performance, availability, and security events; respond to alerts and service-desk tickets per SLAs.
  • •Analyze and resolve security incidents for web applications and SSL/TLS traffic, performing first-pass diagnostics and routine fixes.
  • •Manage and deploy WAF and security policies, including exceptions and policy tuning; perform configuration changes and updates on SSLO.
  • •Escalate complex or high-severity issues to the L3 engineering team and F5 TAC; perform RCA and coordinate with stakeholders for remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of relevant experience in network/security operations and Level 2 troubleshooting.
  • •In-depth knowledge of F5 BIG-IP platforms, including LTM, ASM/WAF, and SSLO.
  • •BE/B-Tech/BCA or a master’s degree in CS/IT.
  • •CEH, CCNA, or CCNP Security plus OEM F5 certifications F5-CA and/or F5-CTS (2 certifications).
  • •Strong understanding of network security principles in a banking/financial services environment.
