Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and debug reliability test programs for HBM device and package qualification, ensuring full test coverage with partner teams.
  • •Identify reliability test program issues, understand root causes, and drive resolution.
  • •Develop new reliability test flows and innovate reliability features/solutions and test infrastructure optimizations.
  • •Perform data analysis for validation and risk assessment using in-house statistical tools.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Fab, HBM technology development, HBM design, system development, quality/reliability) and define hardware specifications for interface validation and debug.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong coding skills in Python and/or C++ for reliability test program development.
  • •Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and explore solution spaces.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • •Experience with data analysis/statistics and scripting tools such as Python or JMP, and familiarity with testing/verification approaches.
