Job Summary

Build reusable CAD assets and support New Product Development by creating, modifying, and reviewing 2D/3D components and assemblies. Work within the Tools & Outdoor team (Engineering Operations Applications Transformation) to support and mentor Valley City CATIA/PLM users, host CAD planning sessions, deliver training, and provide ongoing end-user support. Collaborate with EATO team members, test CAD/PLM functions, and document processes and PLM changes while leveraging CATIA and PLM tools.

•Support and mentor Valley City CATIA users to create new products using CATIA and 3Dx PLM.
•Host and document CAD planning meetings with project team members.
•Deliver CATIA training (onsite and remote), translating materials as needed, and provide ongoing end-user support.
•Test and provide feedback on CAD/PLM functions and processes; create, review, and manage PLM changes while contributing to related documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 144,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
•Strong parametric 3D CAD skills in CATIA (V5-6 and/or 3DEXPERIENCE), including areas such as Part Design, Assembly Design, Sheetmetal, Drawings, Surfacing, and Knowledgeware.
•8+ years of product development experience.
•Understanding of GD&T methodology and 2D drafting principles.
•Experience using PLM systems such as ENOVIA, Windchill, Smart Team, Teamcenter, or similar.
