Plant Groundsman

Maintain and repair equipment for an asphalt plant team, including greasing, basic maintenance, and observing all safety protocols. Perform physical site tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and raking asphalt. Use equipment like telehandlers and power brooms while working outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and humidity. The role requires at least 1 year of road or construction experience and the ability to follow simple directions and basic math.
