•Lead the design and evolution of the WorkOS website and broader digital ecosystem, including marketing pages, launch weeks, campaign experiences, and event sites
•Partner with designers, developers, marketers, and leadership to elevate quality and consistency across digital experiences
•Evolve and maintain a scalable UI design system across web and product marketing surfaces
•Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, elegant, developer-friendly experiences
•Ensure experiences are responsive, accessible, performant, and thoughtfully implemented across devices
