Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage teams delivering urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects.
  • •Support project delivery, resource planning, and review of technical outputs with the team lead.
  • •Develop modelling capability using InfoWorks ICM and guide junior colleagues in best practice.
  • •Provide technical input on drainage assessments and solve complex problems using independent engineering judgement.
  • •Represent WSP at project meetings, industry forums and conferences; support proposal development to grow workstreams and client accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant degree and either chartership or clear progress toward it (ICE, IEI, IoW or CIWEM).
  • •Strong and proven experience in wastewater and urban drainage modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
  • •Ability to review, assure and guide the technical work of others.
  • •Good understanding of Water Industry Specifications, the Code of Practice for Hydraulic Modelling and relevant British Standards.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills.
