Area General Manager

Lead the Upper Midwest leadership team and manage the P&L for Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Own the annual and long-term sales office financial results, driving profit, volume, margins, and market share. Provide leadership across customer/district sales, new customer acquisition, pricing and forecasting, and customer satisfaction resolution. Build and develop sales talent, set quotas, ensure compliance, and champion employee engagement, lean continuous improvement, and human capital strategy.
