Manage customer inquiries related to order processing, order follow-ups, pricing integrity, on-time delivery, and fulfillment. Provide order management support including order entry, expediting, and shipment information. Handle and negotiate customer complaints, coordinate returns and replacements, and partner cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Logistics, and Operations. Ensure proper follow-up on returns and defected labels while supporting team coverage as needed.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Handle order processing for accounts, including customer inquiries, order follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and order fulfillment.
•Provide order management support such as order entry, expediting, and sharing shipment information with customers.
•Resolve and negotiate customer complaints, including authorizing returns, coordinating product testing, and submitting replacement orders for approval.
•Coordinate with Inside Sales, Logistics, and Operations on supply chain issues, alternatives, and capacity planning and scheduling.
•Follow up on returns and defected labels, and back up team members when workload requires it.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 2 working years of related experience in customer service, supply chain, merchandising, procurement, purchasing, or order management sales admin.
•Strong written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.
•Understanding of applicable computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes, plus role-specific software.
•Excellent customer service and presentation skills; willing to work overtime if needed.
