Payroll Analyst - HR Operations - Japan

Join the HROP Payroll Ops team to manage monthly end-to-end payroll activities, including input validation, payroll outputs, and statutory reporting. You’ll help improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy, support policy and regulation change rollouts, and deliver payroll reporting and analysis alongside the Finance team. You’ll also manage payroll vendors to SLA/contract standards and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliant payroll operations and smooth employee experiences.
