Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain production AI agents, including tool calling and integrations with customer APIs and data sources.
  • •Translate ambiguous customer support needs into scoped, shippable agent workflows and projects.
  • •Create and maintain robust evaluation infrastructure using structured eval suites for accuracy, safety, and latency.
  • •Develop, evaluate, and optimize agent skills via dataset curation, experimentation, and production shipping.
  • •Contribute to shared internal AI platform libraries, patterns, and standards for prompting, orchestration, retrieval, and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional software engineering experience with a meaningful focus on Machine Learning, NLP, or applied AI (ML/applied AI is non-negotiable).
  • •Experience shipping products to real, live customers at meaningful scale.
  • •Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including tool calling and multi-step reasoning.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity: turn open-ended problems into scoped, shippable projects.
  • •Strong communication skills explaining reasoning and trade-offs clearly and early when stuck.
