Manager, Soft Services (Starlink)

Oversee Soft Services for the Starlink Bastrop campus, directing a team of technicians and vendors to maintain high-end facilities, ensure continuous 24/7 operations, and deliver world-class workplace experiences. You will manage building envelope systems, elevators, fire protection, and waste streams while driving KPI-driven improvements and coordinating site projects with internal teams. The role partners with construction teams, supports off-hours response, and aims to minimize downtime across amenities and support spaces.
