Pharmacist

Provide pharmacy services with full professional authority across inpatient wards and outpatient settings. Review and interpret prescriptions and medication orders, advise patients and care teams, clarify prescription abnormalities with physicians, and refer unresolved issues to the chief pharmacist. Maintain medication inventory, inspect for outdated or excessive stock, manage crash cart medications and registers, support training and continuous education, and comply with quality, safety, infection control, and clinical audit requirements.
