Job Summary

Operate and monitor plant process equipment to support daily manufacturing runs, troubleshooting issues to maximize reliability and quality. Execute changeovers, perform minor maintenance, follow operating and LOTO procedures, and complete standard QC tests while accurately recording production data. Stage packaging, handle materials (including lifting 55+ lbs), and operate a forklift and hand tools. Maintain a clean work area and comply with safety requirements and pre-employment screenings.

•Comply with safety requirements and participate in safety-related activities to ensure zero safety violations.
•Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment used during daily manufacturing.
•Perform changeovers and assemble, disassemble, and clean machinery.
•Understand and execute daily production run schedules, resolve quality issues, and report unresolved issues immediately.
•Stage packaging, handle materials (including 55+ lb lifting), operate forklift, and perform standard QC tests while recording production data.

•Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing, with mechanical inclination preferred.

•Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred, and ability to follow operating and LOTO procedures.
