•Oversee performance assessment and development, including annual performance reviews and participation in performance management situations.
•Lead store operational excellence, ensuring execution of operations processes, managing inventory, and overseeing shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting per company guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Conduct final interviews and use an online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
•Manage training and development functions in the store and help execute an ongoing training strategy with the Store Director and Education partners.
•Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and participate in performance management for the team.
