Key Responsibilities

•Independent processing and tracking of incidents, HOT fixes, and change requests for Atos' end customer in the SAP HCM modules (Payroll accounting PY Germany, Personnel administration PA)
•Knowledge of local German payroll specifics and communication with authorities (ELStAM, ELStAM-PKV, DEÜV, rvBEA) is required
•Check incoming channels for new inquiries, provide quick feedback, and communicate with the applicant and Atos project manager
•Analyze requirements, evaluate, implement, test, and create documentation of customer requirements
•Short-term emergency interventions in the event of disruptions in the SAP payroll system
