Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and/or processes via recipe maintenance, tool recovery, and troubleshooting.
  • •Monitor/analyze and dispose out-of-control events based on established SPC rules for tool qualification and product measurements.
  • •Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot/repair equipment using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills.
  • •Support engineering requests with testing and experimentation, collecting, documenting, and analyzing data.
  • •Assist with tool installation, relocation, upgrades, document maintenance, and support production/engineering recipe setup and retrainings.
