Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate and document medium to high value aircraft financing transactions, including acquisition or refinancing and loan arrangements.
  • •Negotiate maintenance agreements and fuel/commodity agreements.
  • •Advise on terms, liabilities, and risks of proposed transactions and develop practical legal solutions aligned to commercial realities.
  • •Evaluate legal issues and propose the company’s stance on risks in collaboration with senior management.
  • •Supervise junior team members, support their development, and facilitate legal training seminars for internal clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law/Legal Studies (3+ years)
  • •Admitted to practice (preferably in a common law jurisdiction) with a practicing certificate/qualification certificate
