  • •Perform prescribed service procedures for customer connections and disconnections as operator qualified.
  • •Respond to customer service requests, answer basic questions, and ensure customer satisfaction with completed work.
  • •Install, program, and operate Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment; read meters and record usage for billing.
  • •Complete and maintain accurate records and reports to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  • •Assist with emergency responsiveness, support safety by identifying/reporting safety and encroachment issues, and follow safety manual/training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license in accordance with company standards.
