•Design, develop, and maintain backend services using the core stack (Java/Python/Spring Boot/FastAPI/Postgres/Kafka).
•Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Design, Operations, and Sales to build reliable products for the remote talent market.
•Drive backend architecture, including pragmatic migration from a legacy monolith, domain boundaries, and distributed system patterns.
•Adopt modern engineering practices (TDD, continuous delivery, SRE culture, API-first design) and refactor safely without long migrations.
•Mentor less senior engineers by writing quality code, running weekly learning sessions, and conducting quality code reviews.
