Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7+ years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing industries.
  • •Experience in construction and/or modular building manufacturing, including multi-disciplinary products (electrical, HVAC, structural, enclosure/building envelope).
  • •Competent knowledge of building and electrical code, including coordination with authority having jurisdictions for permit processing.
  • •BS in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management (closely related fields considered).
  • •Proficiency in scheduling (waterfall and agile) and project tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6; ability to forecast and manage project budgets.
