Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to optimize resource use and deliver work plan scopes within time and budget constraints.
  • •Ensure established planning and scheduling methodology is followed and develop project milestone/progress tracking baselines.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, including schedule forecast updates, schedule contingency management, and timely schedule updates, analysis, and reports.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology and ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules/milestones.
  • •Analyze schedule data to identify trends/issues and recommend recovery options; contribute to coaching and mentoring the planning team (SOX control responsibilities may apply).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 1,200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a scheduling role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience scheduling complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects/programs with proactive coordination.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques, including Primavera Project Planner 6.0+ and Microsoft Project.
  • •Ability to present and communicate effectively, with strong organization and written/verbal skills.
