Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders in Braze’s GTM organization to deliver hands-on people strategy and employee experience. You’ll provide strategic and tactical support, drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning, and succession plans, and advise employees on career goals and working relationships. Lead complex, company-wide initiatives, and mentor junior teammates through coaching and shadowing to help them grow.

•Impeccable judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
