Job Summary

Lead quota and capacity planning within the Quota and Capacity Planning (QCP) team, partnering with regional Quota Business Partners, Sales Strategy, and cross-functional teams. Analyze global datasets to deliver insights, build and audit reporting models, and maintain dashboards that improve operational rigor and optimization. Coordinate with the Global PMO to deliver annual planning program deliverables and regularly review quota submissions with internal auditors.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to analyze global datasets, dashboards, and reports and provide findings and recommendations.
•Develop and own concurrent data reporting, auditing projects, and models to drive insights for regional Quota Business Partners and Sales Strategy stakeholders.
•Work with the Global PMO team to deliver annual planning program deliverables on time and with high accuracy.
•Create and maintain global dashboards and reports to improve Quota Business Partner operational rigor, efficiency, and optimization.
•Run scheduled audits and reviews of quota submissions and present findings to internal auditors and process owners.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance with business analysis and insights.
•B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
•Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, SQL databases, Tableau, Anaplan, and Salesforce.com.
•Power-user proficiency in Excel and Tableau, with the ability to present insights in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
•Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, and sales territory alignment.
