Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Business Unit supply planning cycle, including Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, master-scheduling alignment, supply-demand balancing, and scenario planning.
  • •Drive dependent demand propagation across the supply chain network and recommend re-allocation strategies based on service, cost, inventory, and financial impacts.
  • •Act as the central planning interface with site planners for Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, escalating constraints that cannot be resolved.
  • •Prepare and facilitate the Supply Review to align stakeholders on a cost-optimal plan and provide supply inputs to BU S&OP decisions.
  • •Standardize and steward planning: coach sites on Planning Playbook standards and ensure the accuracy/completeness of planning master data and visibility across systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
  • •5–8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in an international B2B or FMCG matrix environment.
  • •Experience in a supply planning role within a large organization.
  • •Experience working directly with manufacturing sites (site planning, scheduling, or plant supply chain) strongly preferred.
  • •Fluent English; strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and influence skills; strong Excel and BI/tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI) with SAP IBP or similar tools preferred.
