Build Tyk’s presence in developer communities by creating regular written and video content on API management, observability, and AI/API topics, and documenting real implementation stories. Attend and speak at meetups and events across Western Europe, build and maintain technical documentation, and cover ecosystem integrations like EKS, Grafana optimization, and OpenTelemetry. Engage authentically online and in person, and feed community insights back to product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Create regular written and video content on API management, observability, AI/API topics, and implementation experiences.
•Attend and speak at developer meetups and community events across Western Europe on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence.
•Build and maintain technical documentation that developers want to read.
•Cover ecosystem integrations and how-tos, including EKS setup, Grafana optimization, and OpenTelemetry.
•Engage authentically with developer communities online and in person and feed insights back to product and marketing teams.

Key Requirements

•An equivalent technical background (e.g., a computer science degree) and the ability to read code and understand architecture.

•Confidence with travel across Western Europe as a regular part of the role.
