Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic regulatory compliance oversight and policy ownership across U.S. and Canadian operations, supporting schools with accurate reporting and staff capability.
  • •Lead safeguarding/student welfare frameworks, acting as the senior escalation point and ensuring training and robust systems for minors and vulnerable students.
  • •Implement and oversee a standardized incident management framework, including reporting, investigation, resolution, escalation protocols, and incident data/trend analysis.
  • •Provide strategic health & safety leadership across North America locations, overseeing risk assessments, audits/monitoring, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • •Own accreditation, immigration liaison responsibilities and lead governance/reporting to internal leadership and board-level stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years’ experience in compliance, safeguarding, regulatory affairs, or education administration.
  • •Experience managing incident reporting, safeguarding escalations, and/or investigations.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the U.S., Canada, or both.
  • •Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
