Director of Compliance

Lead North America regulatory oversight across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with laws, accreditation standards, safeguarding/student welfare, and health & safety. Own regional compliance policy and risk management, manage incident reporting and crisis escalation, and oversee audits, documentation, and board-level reporting. Serve as a senior escalation point and liaison with accreditation, regulatory, immigration authorities, and external stakeholders, while delivering capability-building training and continuous improvement initiatives.
