Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s technology and product roadmaps
  • •Define and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technology architecture and design principles
  • •Oversee the full life cycle of our web and mobile technology products, from design and development to quality assurance and deployment
  • •Enhance efficiency by collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, create technical solutions, and deliver quality products
  • •Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance for our high-performing team of Engineers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500 - 5,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university with good academic standing
  • •Strong technical background with expertise in software development and engineering
  • •Proven experience as a CTO or similar senior technical leadership position in a tech company
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding and/or leading a startup is a plus
  • •Proven business acumen in strategic planning, organizational development, and process optimization
