Engineering Manager, ML

Lead a team of engineers building the infrastructure that trains, tests, and evaluates ML models. Set technical direction for model training and evaluation at scale, debug alongside your team, and partner daily with researchers to turn latency, quality, and cost tradeoffs into production-ready systems. Own rollout infrastructure for RL experiments, design evaluation pipelines to catch regressions, and hire and grow infrastructure engineers through coaching and high-leverage projects.
