Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translate them into clear objectives, and refine business strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • •Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, executing C-Arm demos, and escalating as needed.
  • •Document territory install base, address all assigned accounts within the territory, and understand market potential.
  • •Maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers to deliver customer-centric solutions by understanding needs and pain points.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers and various product/service teams to optimize sales outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Medical Device Sales experience selling directly into the OR; capital equipment preferred and radiology experience a plus.
  • •Demonstrated solution selling and execution skills in a complex, team-based sales environment.
  • •BS/BA Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •Able to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements as specified.
  • •Willingness to travel within the Midwest region (ND, SD, IA, MN, WI, IL).
