Job Summary

Oversee the Technical Engineering Aircraft Lifecycle within the Airbus CAMO Continuing Airworthiness organization, ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery of deliverables. Lead and manage the local technical team in Bengaluru (in alignment with the Head of Engineering Aircraft Lifecycle in Toulouse), optimize workshare frameworks, run an operating model for performance and risk control, and coordinate standardized processes to improve efficiency and quality. Represent the CAMO team with customers/regulators and manage technical queries, KPIs, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide oversight, delivery, and performance of Technical Engineering under Aircraft Lifecycle Management within Airbus CAMO, ensuring on-time/on-cost/on-quality deliverables.
•Lead and manage teams operationally in Bengaluru, including staffing, translating strategy into activities, setting objectives, and managing individual/team performance.
•Establish and run an operating model for business control (performance, risk) and manage budget, AOP, risks, and opportunities in coordination with HO FTM and HO SRAI.
•Foster standardized processes, methods, and tools in coordination with CAMO PH and Quality (QBSR) to improve efficiency and activity quality.
•Manage technical queries and corrective actions, ensure compliance with KPIs and stakeholder/regulatory requirements, and represent the CAMO team with customers/regulators when needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum degree holder in Engineering (preferably Aerospace) or AME, with specialization in related fields.
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Airline / OEM / MRO, mainly in Technical Services leadership position.
•Good knowledge of Continued Airworthiness Management and maintenance information/technical records.
•Exposure to SMS, I-SMS, and risk/change management; exposure to finance.
•Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and proven experience in multicultural/international environments.
