  • •Develop reflow profiles to meet peak temperature and time above liquidus (TAL) requirements
  • •Program and verify paste printer, pick and place machine, and jet printer outputs are defect free
  • •Create automated optical inspection (AOI) programs
  • •Develop selective soldering (SLS) profiles and verify using x-ray inspection
  • •Support wash, depanel, and x-ray inspection processes
