Job Summary

Support the Marketing Effectiveness function for a global MedTech organization by analyzing digital and marketing performance KPIs. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze digital and marketing performance KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
•Perform root-cause analysis on changes across traffic, engagement, conversion, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
•Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to translate problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
•Use digital analytics platforms to evaluate customer journeys, channel performance, campaign impact, and regional trends.
•Develop insight narratives and executive-ready recommendations, partnering cross-functionally with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Visualization teams.

Key Requirements

•4–8 years of relevant experience as a consultant with demonstrated stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
•Hands-on digital analytics and marketing performance analysis experience, including KPI trend identification.
•Ability to perform root-cause analysis of changes in digital traffic, engagement, conversion, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
•Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and the ability to query datasets with basic to intermediate SQL.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
