Key Responsibilities

•Drive in-depth functional development, support, and maintenance for Workday solutions.
•Provide process support and scope requirements to ensure best value from Workday platform best practices.
•Collaborate on design, configuration, and testing with Workday implementation teams to align with business goals and compliance.
•Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and offer strategic guidance.
•Ensure implementation of a secure, scalable, high-performing platform and conduct configuration reviews to optimize value and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,000 - 4,300 monthly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-3 years as a Workday Subject Matter Expert, with experience across solution implementation project phases.
•Hands-on experience configuring Workday modules and processes, including solution maintenance and support.
•Technical knowledge, preferably in HCM application implementation and maintenance.
•Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills across business and IT stakeholders.
