Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key store operational processes, including investigating and root-causing inventory accuracy issues
  • •Champion operational standards on the sales floor using business performance data
  • •Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory count accuracy and coordinating labor hours for receiving product deliveries
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and planning metrics
  • •Lead the Operations team with accountability, continuous coaching and development, and deliver Flow experience while protecting operational efficiency
