Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
•Dismantle, replace defective parts and motors, adjust feed mechanisms, and maintain electrical systems for equipment.
•Clean, lubricate, and inspect machine components (shafts, pulleys, gears, bearings) and replace belts as needed.
•Troubleshoot control circuits and implement electrical/electronic improvements on equipment; analyze components for PLC system enhancements.
•Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts as required; assist with pipefitting, welding, and assembly for production line improvements.
