Job Summary

Drive technical sales of welfsels, columns, and beams in the Luik-Limburg region. Advise existing customers and proactively prospect for new ones, expanding and maintaining a long-term network with contractors, study offices, and architects. Serve as the main point of contact for commercial questions, act as a technical-commercial expert, and ensure timely communication about potential changes while supporting safety and environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Be responsible for selling welfsels, columns, and beams, advising existing customers and handling prospecting in the Luik-Limburg region.
•Proactively propose new ideas for new or other markets, products, and customers based on changing market conditions.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships and represent the company with contractors, study offices, and architects.
•Act as the point of contact for commercial questions and provide technical-commercial expertise to keep promises and communicate changes in time.
•Maintain customer contacts, expand the customer portfolio through prospecting, and monitor opportunities and projects through networking.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of French or Dutch and English.
•Hold a valid driver’s license.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role.
•You can function as a technical-commercial expert and communicate timely about possible changes.
•Nice to have: a degree in civil/structural engineering (Bouwkundig ingenieur).
