Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including material receipt, stocking, filling part requisitions, accepting and inducting retrogrades for repair, and preparing packaging/shipment support for repairable components.
  • •Execute procedures for issuing aircraft parts and receiving returned repairable components as part of the repair and return cycle.
  • •Inspect parts for damage and serviceability, verify proper paperwork, and assist with packaging for shipment.
  • •Ensure data accuracy in the inventory management system, including annual audits and cycle counts of on-hand spare parts.
  • •Research and resolve supply support system inventory discrepancies; monitor logistics system performance and investigate demand management and replenishment processes while ensuring HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods handling and TULPS-compliant inflow/outflow register maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of domestic and/or international logistics experience.
  • •2+ years of transportation experience.
  • •3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • •Experience in data analysis and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) plus inventory management systems.
  • •Proficient/Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing) and ability to obtain base access and pass local background check.
