Job Summary

Design and build agentic, multi-agent AI systems for digital banking, including orchestration logic, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered tool use. Evaluate and improve agent performance using datasets, safety/reliability checks, and automated and human evaluation suites. Integrate supporting libraries (LangChain/LlamaIndex), deploy AI services with CI/CD and observability, debug end-to-end failures, and collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into agent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build complex agentic systems with multiple interacting agents.
•Implement robust orchestration logic (state machines/graphs, retries, fallbacks, escalation to humans) and define agent success metrics.
•Build RAG pipelines, tool calling, system prompts, and evaluate/improve agent performance with bias/safety checks.
•Develop agents using Google ADK and/or LangGraph, integrating supporting libraries and infrastructure with minimal supervision.
•Deploy and operate AI services in production (CI/CD, observability, logging, tracing), debug end-to-end failures, and document designs/runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer / ML Engineer / AI Engineer, with 1–2 years working directly with LLMs in real applications.
•Strong Python proficiency and software engineering practices (Git, unit/integration testing, code reviews, CI/CD).
•Experience building and consuming REST/gRPC APIs and integrating external tools/services.
•Practical experience with deep learning and large language models, including agentic frameworks (Google ADK and/or LangGraph), RAG, and evaluation/safety considerations.
