Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage business intelligence solutions by understanding business information needs and data sources (including JDE and COGNOS) and Amcor applications (Sales Cloud, PlanView).
  • •Troubleshoot reported user issues and support/lead user training for analytics tools and reports.
  • •Collaborate to collect data and deliver insights using Tableau/Power BI.
  • •Drive interpretation, understanding, and adoption of analytic insights across business and functional areas.
  • •Partner with IT and vendors to ensure smooth operation of analytics/technology applications and deliver enhancements, documentation, and user manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or Computer and Information Science.
  • •Proven aptitude working with data and numbers.

  • •Prior experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI (Qlik and Power BI experience; Tableau expected).
