Job Summary

Serve as an embedded subject-matter expert for Fireblocks Trust’s Qualified Custody within the platform sales organization. Partner with account executives to position and sell qualified custody to institutional and high-net-worth clients, educate stakeholders on regulatory and fiduciary value, support deal structuring, and track custody adoption to grow AUC. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, legal, and compliance and build sales enablement materials to sharpen deal wins.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the qualified-custody SME embedded with platform sales to support account executives in advancing and closing custody-driven deals.
•Position and sell qualified custody to institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals, including funds, RIA’s, exchanges, miners, token issuers, fintechs, and family offices.
•Educate and consult clients on the value of a qualified custodian and how protections map to fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
•Assist in deal structuring by tailoring custody arrangements to each client’s mandate and risk profile.
•Support cross-functional work across product, operations, legal, and compliance to refine positioning, support diligence, and drive onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of supporting and closing institutional sales, ideally in custody, digital assets, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
•Strong understanding of Qualified Custody and digital assets, including custodial structures, the regulatory framework for custodians, and fiduciary/client obligations.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory and custody concepts clearly to sophisticated buyers.
•Analytical mindset to interpret pipeline and adoption data and translate it into actionable sales motions.
•Comfortable operating as an overlay resource in a fast-paced, evolving industry with a proactive, collaborative approach.
