Job Summary

Repair and maintain construction and mechanical equipment at multiple job locations, including trucks, trailers, batch plants, paving machines, engines, motors, and conveyor systems. Troubleshoot problems to make economical, durable repairs; service vehicles with oil changes and preventative maintenance; diagnose and fix electrical and hydraulic systems. Order parts, maintain purchase orders and invoices, document repairs in CMMS platforms, and keep the work area and paperwork organized for inspections and sign-offs.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform economical, durable repairs.
•Dismantle devices to remove defective parts using hoists and hand tools.
•Maintain and repair heavy equipment, trucks, and non-mobile equipment.
•Service vehicles/equipment (oil changes, greasing, fluid changes, filter changes) and perform preventative maintenance.
•Order parts and supplies, maintain purchase orders/invoices, operate computer for job functions, and document repairs in CMMS tools.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•2 to 5 years of related experience preferred.

•Must have or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License Class A with air brakes.
