Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • •Organize and maintain inventory storage areas with proper labeling, shelving, and accessibility.
  • •Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel while maintaining accurate transaction records.
  • •Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to prevent stockouts and maintain adequate stock.
  • •Conduct inventory audits and physical counts; inspect goods for damage and coordinate discrepancies with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of working experience (2 years relevant experience required).
  • •Diploma in any related field.
  • •Knowledge of inventory control, including audits and efficient storage practices.
  • •Strong attention to detail for recording transactions and identifying discrepancies.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
