Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests in a music hall atmosphere.
  • •Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, following all control systems.
  • •Interact with guests, cultivate regular guests, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
  • •Record equipment failures and safety hazards in bar logs, and refuse further alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, handle guest checks on the point of sale terminal, and complete cash pull/check-out procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience and ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
  • •Ability to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
  • •Interpersonal communication and teamwork, including handling intoxicated guests safely.
