Job Summary

Lead a small, high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer outcomes, renewals, and expansion within a defined portfolio. •Provide feedback, coaching and recommendations to CSMs to drive program health and ensure mastery of the DX Product.
•Drive outcomes, program health, renewals and expansion within the assigned portfolio.
•Lead a team of CSMs to deliver high customer satisfaction, adoption and retention.
•Proactively monitor customer health and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure high renewal rates.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,300 - 193,875 annually
