Own the creative and visual vision for Fuse’s campaigns, shoots, and produced content. You’ll develop insight and concepts for big brand moments, launches, films, and testimonials, then carry each idea to the final frame while partnering with a creative producer. Lead shoots creatively—from cast and influencers to look, props, and sets—and align with product and operations on major launches and social strategist needs.

•Own the insight, concept, and visual vision for campaigns, shoots, and produced content with cross-functional partners.
•Direct shoots creatively: cast/select talent, brief influencers, and decide look, props, and set.
•Own customer interviews and testimonials end to end, from casting to concept.
•Coordinate with product and operations on big launches so the campaign matches the moment.
•Brief social strategists and manage concepts from first idea to final frame with the producer coordinating delivery.

•Experience running creative from casting through the final cut or final shoot, with range across campaign needs.
•Ability to hold the full creative world of a campaign in your head, from the big thought down to detailed execution.
