•Define massive seller business development and incubation strategy and lead end-to-end incubation operations, including onboarding and launch planning.
•Increase the number of active sales sellers and drive high-quality seller growth through lifecycle incubation plans and growth initiatives.
•Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and drive seller GMV growth while improving adoption of affiliate, livestream, and shoptab.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses of seller segments to diagnose performance blockers, identify root causes, and drive actionable process improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in consulting, creator management, account management, or sales for a retailer or e-commerce platform.
