Lead the Commercial Loan Servicing function by overseeing multiple teams and team leads handling post-closing servicing, loan maintenance, and borrower support. Set the servicing strategy aligned to business objectives, drive performance against SLAs and customer satisfaction, and ensure escalations are resolved. Champion continuous improvement and automation, maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance, and partner with Credit, Sales, Risk, and Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end servicing.
