Key Responsibilities

•Deliver MEP reports to clients and relevant stakeholders, and provide project management support across site as needed.
•Ensure the project under supervision is effectively managed in terms of MEP discipline and report MEP-related matters in regular project updates.
•Conduct quality control audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
•Raise daily observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
•Prepare monthly client reports based on daily site visits and audit findings, and perform weekly/max monthly site walks with uploads to the document management system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
•5-10 years of site-based project management experience.
•Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical discipline at project level.
•Proficiency in English.
