•Lead the planning process for new products and improvements, including cost, schedule, resource allocation, and quality/reliability considerations.
•Run multiple high-profile product development projects simultaneously and coordinate across disciplines while directing work and resolving complex technical issues.
•Develop and implement resource plans and manage project budgets, including tracking capital and expense spending for responsibility areas (about $50K–$1M).
•Interpret SPC/quality data from bottles and make decisions on technical direction and next steps throughout the project.
•Create and standardize policies and engineering/design principles to support variable situations, and influence commercial decisions based on financial measures.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating project communication across stakeholders.
•Ability to manage budgets (capital and expense) and develop resource plans for successful project completion.
