Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and architecture of complex systems within the Core domain, influencing technical direction and strategy.
  • •Own delivery of large-scale features and projects across multiple teams while aligning with business objectives.
  • •Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineers, fostering continuous improvement within the team.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to shape requirements and make architectural and technical decisions.
  • •Ensure resilient, scalable distributed system implementation and lead incident management to resolve critical production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • •Advanced proficiency in C#/.Net, including designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems.
  • •In-depth architectural knowledge, especially for distributed systems such as microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
  • •Experience applying resilience mechanisms and performance tuning practices to ensure stability and efficiency at scale.
